Glow - Eric Whitacre

A simple melody alongside a beautiful piano accompaniment, Eric Whitacre’s Glow was premiered by the World of Color Honor Choir at Disney’s California Adventure Park. The Honor Choir, made up of over 700 singers from across America, who were selected to be a part of the night-time spectacular Winter Dreams show. The piece's simplicity is meant to capture the ethereal nature of snow falling, and the feelings that a snowy day can elicit. It is meant to be contemplative, reminiscent of waking up in the morning and taking a moment to enjoy the fresh snow falling to the ground.
